F&B Supervisor - Courtyard Amsterdam Airport

As an F&B Supervisor at Courtyard Amsterdam Airport, you’ll lead the restaurant team, handle staff scheduling, and assign and coordinate tasks. You are also responsible for You’ll also serve as a host or hostess. You’ll report to the F&B Manager.

What to expect?

• You lead the team and actively participate on the floor;

• You are responsible for the shift and ensuring an optimal guest experience;

• You are responsible for beverage inventory & bar management;

• You ensure a good division of tasks based on occupancy and reservations;

• You set an example for the team;

• You actively contribute to the quality of the restaurant, the team, food, drinks and the service. Everything you do is focused on delivering a strong guest experience.

Someone who gets a boost of energy from working in the hospitality industry. You’re an enthusiastic and hospitable colleague who loves to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You enjoy working in an ambitious team and remain friendly and positive even during busy times.

What we expect from you

• Experience as a supervisor is a plus;

• You have experience as a waiter;

• You are available full-time (38 hours) and will primarily work morning and afternoon shifts;

• You serve as the link between the team and the F&B Manager.

• Salary in accordance with Job Group 6 of the Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement. Commensurate with your skills and experience.

• Travel allowance based on a sliding scale, at 23 cents per kilometer for one-way trips of 7.5 km or more, with a maximum of €205.83 per month.
