Carefree and trusted. The front office team's purpose is to make guests feel comfortable during their stay. Element Amsterdam focuses on long-stay guests: varying between several weeks/months. This requires more than just a smooth check-in/out.

About Element Amsterdam:
The hotel is located in a vibrant environment, nearby the Zuidas in the modern shopping mall of Gelderlandplein. Element is one of Marriott International's lifestyle brand and focuses on both business and leisure guests. This hotel has 160 modern rooms, multiple meeting rooms and an extensive roof terrace; all inspired by nature and clever design.
Job requirements
Element Amsterdam is looking for:
Someone who loves to make people comfortable. Honestly, who does not love to see happy faces? You have strong people skills: communicative, empathy and obviously a hospitable attitude. Preferably you have hotel experience and knowledge of Opera (reservation system). You live in Amsterdam or nearby (key demand). We work with different shifts, a morning shift from 6.45 - 15.15, a middle shift from 9.45 - 18.15 and an evening shift from 14.45 - 23.15.
