Papa’s Loft House is part of Clay Hospitality, a lifestyle and hospitality brand dedicated to creating inspiring spaces where enjoyment takes center stage. Papa’s Loft House is located on Gelderlandplein in Amsterdam and features a green rooftop. Here, guests can escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy good times and great food. Find our menu here! In addition to the restaurant, you’ll also find our hotel: Element Amsterdam Hotel. Papa’s Beach House is located in the Haarlemmermeerse Bos in Hoofddorp, on a beautiful lake. Both locations offer various options for hosting private events, business gatherings, and weddings.

What will you do?

As a cook, you are an essential part of the kitchen team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing the mise en place

• Cooking dishes according to recipes

• Monitoring quality and presentation

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

You will work both independently and as part of a close-knit team, where quality and speed go hand in hand.

Working hours:

1. Day shifts: from 11:00 until after the dinner peak

2. Evening shifts: from 16:00 until the end of dinner service

3. Flexibility in days off (in consultation)

What do we expect from you?

1. Passion for cooking — They call it food, we call it art

2. A culinary education is a plus, but not required

3. You are flexible and a real team player

4. You have an eye for detail and quality
