As a service staff member at Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport, you’ll welcome our guests in an international setting where hospitality, teamwork, and fun take center stage. You’ll make sure guests feel at home, whether they’re coming for breakfast, dinner, or a business meeting. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members for afternoon and evening shifts (full-time or part-time).

What to expect?

• You’ll work in the restaurant, behind the bar, or during events in our banquet halls;

• You’ll take orders;

• You’ll serve drinks and meals;

• You’ll be the point of contact for guests and answer their questions;

• You’ll contribute ideas for improving service and work processes.

Someone who gets a boost of energy from working in the hospitality industry. You’re an enthusiastic and hospitable team member who loves to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You enjoy working in a friendly team and remain friendly and positive even during busy times. Experience is a plus, but motivation and a good atmosphere are what matter most to us!

What do we expect from you?

• You’re eager to learn;

• You have a good command of English (Dutch is a plus!);

• Flexible attitude: working in the afternoon and evening suits you just fine;

• We’ll teach you all the ins and outs of the job, so experience isn’t required.

What’s in it for you?

• All-in salary based on the Hospitality Collective Bargaining Agreement (CAO), with room for growth.

• Travel allowance according to a sliding scale, at 23 cents per kilometer starting at 7.5 km one way, with a maximum of €205.83 per month.
