For Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport, we are looking for a Technical Services Associate who will ensure that our technical systems, facilities, and the hotel building remain in optimal condition.

What to expect?

• Performing technical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintaining the building and its systems.

• Managing inventory (installation materials, consumables, spare parts, etc.).

• Requesting quotes and ordering equipment/parts.

• Managing and monitoring matters such as: the Legionella control plan, evacuation systems, fire alarm systems, emergency power generators, emergency lighting, etc.

• Collecting reports, determining the nature and complexity of the malfunction/report or the maintenance to be performed, and determining the (order of) work to be carried out and the necessary materials.

• Work closely with and report to the maintenance manager.

What do we expect from you?

• At least an L.T.S. or MBO Level 3 diploma (electrical/mechanical engineering or another technical field).

• You’re good with your hands, and we can count on you.

• Knowledge and experience with Office—in addition to being good with your hands, you’re also computer-savvy!

• You’ll typically have a fixed schedule with work hours generally during the week, plus an “on-call duty” rotation among team members on weekends.

• You’re fluent in Dutch or English.

• Salary between €2.645 and €3.289 based on a 38-hour workweek, depending on work experience.

• Travel allowance according to a sliding scale, at 23 cents per kilometer starting at 7.5 km one way, with a maximum of €205.83 per month.
