Allround Host(ess) & Barista – Papa’s Café (08:00–17:00)

Are you a morning person who loves a good cup of coffee, tasty food, and working with people? Looking for a cozy spot where you’re truly part of the team and get your evenings off? Then we’re looking for you!

Papa’s Loft House, located inside the Element Hotel in Amsterdam, has a warm and welcoming café where people come together for a great start to their day, a delicious lunch, or just a moment to recharge. And they can only do that thanks to you. You’re the face of the café during the morning and lunch: with a smile, you brew nice coffee, fresh matcha’s, and prepare our signature flatbreads!

A day in the life…

• You start your day at 8:00 and finish around 17:00 – evenings off!

• You independently run the Papa’s Loft House café during lunch – you're the face of the place.

• You make delicious coffee, fresh matcha, and our famous flatbreads.

• You create a relaxed vibe and happy faces – every single day.

What’s in it for you?

• The shifts should suit you as well, so if you prefer working on fairly fixed days, that’s definitely possible.

• We’ll teach you all the ins and outs of the job, so experience isn’t required! A barista training is also part of the onboarding.

• You can choose between an on-call/flexible contract or a contract with fixed hours.

• You’ll also share in the tips!

• Travel allowance according to the scale: €0.23 per kilometer for one-way trips from 7.5 km, up to a maximum of €205.83 per month.

• Free gym access at the Element Hotel – yes, really!

• Staff discount of 20% at Papa’s Loft House, Papa’s Beach House & Element Amsterdam Hotel.
