Graphic Designer - Clay Hospitality

Are you a creative designer who brings brands to life, and do you get energized by developing strong campaigns, social media content, print materials, and branding? Then we’re looking for you!

As a Graphic Designer at Clay Hospitality, you’ll work in the Marketing department and handle all aspects of graphic design. From summer campaigns for Papa’s Beach House to the branding of new concepts, from menus to social media visuals and digital ads. You’ll ensure that everything we put out there not only looks great but also aligns perfectly with our brands.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• You uphold our brands’ visual identity while also daring to come up with new ideas;

• You will translate creative briefs into powerful designs and ensure every detail is just right;

• You are responsible for all visual communications for our brands;

• You translate our stories into compelling visual content that resonates with guests;

• You will oversee the entire process, from concept to print;

• You contribute ideas for new concepts, collaborate with photographers, and bring those ideas to life.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a creative all-rounder with a strong sense of branding and composition, and a keen eye for detail. You have a knack for storytelling and the drive to put our brands on the map visually. You thrive on variety, work in a structured way, and get energized by a fast-paced environment.

WHO ARE YOU?

• A degree in Graphic Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, or a related field;

• You are 16-32 hours per week available at our office in Hoofddorp and have the freedom to schedule your hours flexibly throughout the week;

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience;

• Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign);

• Experience designing for both online and offline media;

• You know how to manage multiple brand identities simultaneously.

• Salary in accordance with Job Group 7 of the Hospitality Collective Bargaining Agreement. The salary shown is based on a 38-hour workweek. For this position, it will be prorated based on your working hours and suitable with your skills and experience.

• Travel allowance according to a sliding scale, at 23 cents per kilometer starting at 7.5 km one way, with a maximum of €205.83 per month.
