As a recruiter at Clay Hospitality, you’ll be the link between our vibrant hospitality brands and the people who will join our team. Clay Hospitality consists of Papa’s Houses, Element by Marriott Amsterdam Hotel, and Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport. WHAT TO EXPECT?

• Drafting, posting, and keeping job openings up to date on our channels;

• Reviewing applications, screening resumes, and making an initial selection;

• Conducting job interviews;

• Ensuring that candidates have a warm and seamless recruitment experience;

• Working closely with managers on staffing needs for each subsidiary;

• You’ll contribute ideas for recruitment campaigns;

• You’ll help create a pleasant and personalized candidate experience.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone who gets energized by people and results. You’re sociable, business-minded, and enjoy actively reaching out to people. You connect easily with others and know how to build the right rapport with job seekers to find the right match.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• You have experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry;

• You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and are fluent in both Dutch and English;

• You have a good rapport with people and can quickly establish a connection;

• You are independent, proactive, and enjoy getting things done;

• You are available for 24/40 hours per week.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Salary in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Bargaining Agreement: entry-level in job group 6, with the opportunity to advance to job group 7 after approximately one year, provided you demonstrate growth in the role.

• A non-contributory, generous pension plan through Zwitserleven. We pay for your pension!

• Travel expenses according to a sliding scale, at 23 cents per kilometer starting at 7.5 km one way, with a maximum of €205.08 per month.
